Arthur tsked, crossing his arms in an annoyed fashion. “How have you managed to manifest yourself anyways?”
The demon sat back, resting his arms behind his back as he leaned back.
“Since when did you become so interested in my beginnings?”He crossed his leg over his knee, and eye’d the demon. “Since I realize you were milling about ‘causing trouble with my bloody face.”
“Well, I am a part of you. Naturally I’d share some of your traits. That includes your physical features. You don’t like looking back at your on visage?” He said as he smirked, caressing the sides of his face.
Arthur sighed, rolling his eyes at the child-like display. “I’m rather fine with looking at my own face,” He lied, still not meeting the demon’s gaze. As time passed he had found it rather hard to face himself. Perhaps it wasn’t the disappointment, but the lonely bitterness that had begun to consume him. Looking in a mirror was a difficult task saved for shaving and brushing his teeth. If he could avoid it, he would. “It’s your despicable appearance that could get myself in trouble. That’s the matter at hand.” Could it be when he spoke of ‘despicable appearances’ he was truly speaking to himself?
Even now caring on the conversation was he merely speaking… solely to himself?
